POSTURAL ALIGNMENT

An optimally aligned body displays a perfectly balanced skeleton where the ankles, knees, hips, shoulders and ears form a straight line from a side view. Poor posture is that in which moves the body away from this position and can result in health problems such as joint pain,

MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

There are 7 movement patterns in which we can break all of our daily activities down into

  1. Squat  
  2. Lunge
  3. Push
  4. Pull
  5. Twist
  6. Bend
  7. Gait

Every human should be able to move through a full range of motion in each of these patterns completely pain free. As we are a society that spends most of our time sitting most of us have lost these patterns or range within them.
