Colm Buckley - Box Jumps!

If I had asked Colm to jump on this box 10 months ago he would have laughed in my face, literally!

Today he jumped this box 15 times in a row. Admittedly he also missed the box on rep 6 and face planted but he picked himself up and completed the remaining 10 reps.

Next time he will be more confident. He will jump higher and he will progress again to the next height.
