Get yourself up and get out and about. Go for a walk, pop yourself along to the gym for a light session, get moving. It will help your body rid the cold faster by helping to flush useful nutrients through your system.
Keep your volume low and play it by ear.
IF your symptoms are anything more than a head cold then I'd say hang out at home and recover before heading back into training.
