I’ve been working with Kathy for just over a year now.
It started as a 8 week lifting programme and I’ve never left!

I’ve learnt so much over the last year, she has completely changed my gym sessions. I’ve gone from cardio and being too scared to pick up a barbell to only wanting to pick up weights. The change in my gym mindset and physically is something I’m really pleased with.

Kathy understands my goals and adapts my programme accordingly. If there’s anything I want to learn or know about, she always finds as much information as possible and gets back to me ASAP. I message her anytime of day when I’m training with questions and she replies straight away. I feel like she’s always there to help, not just on my sessions.

It was a big step for me to go to a gym I didn’t know with a PT I’d found on Instagram but it’s by far the best thing I’ve done for my progress and I just with I had done it sooner!
