 GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

WHAT IS IT AND IS IT FOR ME?

Group Personal Training offers all of the benefits of 1-2-1 Personal Training at a fraction of the cost

The sessions are structured for 3-4 people per session as a maximum, meaning you still receive the same high quality coaching as you would in 1-2-1 sessions but with added autonomy

Training with others can also be a great motivator and offers a safe and encouraging environment


WHAT TO EXPECT FROM GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

  • The group sessions run on a 6 week cycle focusing on 3 main barbell movements

  • Each 60 min session is divided into three 20 min sections

    • Barbell focused lifting

    • Accessory work - dumbbells, cables & body weight movements

    • Conditioning - high intensity circuits to challenge your fitness

  • Affordable prices - £15 per session

  • 6 available sessions per week

    • Monday, Wednesday & Thursday @ 13:30

    • Monday, Wednesday & Thursday @ 19:30

  • A group of like minded people all looking to lift weights, get stronger & fitter and have fun in the process

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

  • No previous lifting experience is necessary. You will be taught all you need to know

  • Arrive 10-15 mins prior to your session to get warmed up. You will be shown how to do this on your first session

  • Have fun and enjoy the process

 
 

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ME

  • A structured session with progressions and regressions based on your level

  • Adaptations of movements to take into account any injuries/weaknesses

  • High quality coaching and feedback

  • Homework!!! - if you have a weakness that needs extra work you may be set some homework

  • A lot of banter!
