This “Introduction to Personal Training” course is ideal for the newcomer to the gym or someone that wants to learn the basics of weightlifting
Weightlifting falls in to two main categories from a competition perspective
Power Lifting - Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift
Olympic Weightlifting - Clean & Jerk and Snatch
This introduction focuses on the ‘Big 3’ Power Lifting movements - Squat, Bench & Deadlift, Pull ups, Press ups and also covers dumbbells and kettlebells
