what is it?

 

Weightlifting takes many forms, the most common of all being barbell and dumbbell training. Who hasn't heard of a bench press or a squat?

Weight lifting also takes the form of more everyday "functional" items. Let's face it, it simply means lifting a weight. that could be your child, your food shopping, a box of printer paper or an item of furniture.

8 WEEK COURSE

 
  • 8x 1hr Group sessions

  • Learn to Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Pull Up & Press Up 

  • Learn warm ups & Mobility drills to improve your lifts and protect you from injury

  • Become stronger, more confident and more independant

  • Maximum 4 people per course
